Machine Operations
The machine is self supported on S.S legs, with height adjustments. The
machine is built on welded M.S. frame and duly cladded with S.S. sheet.
All main assemblies like Conveyor belt, Star wheel, Label Device and
collection tray for Ampoules is mounted on the top plate of the
machine.The main advantage of the machine is , there is no time setting
uis required for the different types of ampoules and vials.
Previously filled and sealed Ampoules are placed on the conveyor and
Ampoules starts to forward to the main star wheel along with the
conveyor. When Ampoule reaches to the Star-wheel it will be pick up by
the groove inside the star-wheel and move in the rotational movement
with Star-wheel. During the rotational movement Ampoule pick up the
sticker label, which is dispensed by the label device. The Ampoule will
be sensed by the sensor and the label will be placed on the
Ampoule. After this the Ampoule will passes through the pressing unit to
the collection tray for the collection of it.
